About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Foreman/Woman to join our team at NV Electrical Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Lead a team of electrical technicians and tradespeople, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress to identify and address any issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure project success.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to improve project delivery and outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with a focus on project management and supervision.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address project issues.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
