About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at eClerx. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily and month-end financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Requirements

  • Typically between 1– 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in finance or accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Excel and Access.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
