About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2604547 ALBERTA LTD. as a key member of our cafeteria operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain open communication with staff, management, and other stakeholders.
