Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial plans: Work with clients to understand their financial goals and develop personalized financial plans that meet their needs.
- Identify customer needs: Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities to provide financial solutions to our clients.
- Provide financial solutions: Work with our agents to provide financial solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Meet sales quotas: Meet monthly sales quotas by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Maintain a compliant book of business: Ensure that all financial plans and solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Sales experience: 2+ years of sales experience in the insurance industry.
- Financial planning experience: 2+ years of experience in financial planning.
- IFIC license: Must have an IFIC license.
- LLQP license: Must have an LLQP license.
- Excellent communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving: Proactive in problem-solving and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
