Executive Director of Seniors' Living Communities

Optima Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our innovative seniors' living communities in Alberta and BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our communities, ensuring the highest level of care and service for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement site-level vision, mission, values, and organizational strategies
- Plan for growth and succession in pipeline development
- Conduct performance evaluations and promote team building and engagement
- Manage budgets and make informed decisions about financial resources
- Recognize and report health and safety hazards, and participate in in-services and fire drills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or a relevant diploma or degree program in healthcare administration/long-term care or hospitality
- Experience in a retirement setting is preferred
- Completion of CPR and First Aid is an asset
