Executive Director of Seniors' Living Communities

Optima Living is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our innovative seniors' living communities in Alberta and BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring exceptional resident experiences, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement site-level vision, mission, and organizational strategies to drive success and growth.
- Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions to optimize resource allocation.
- Lead talent management, including performance evaluations, team building, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, reporting incidents, and participating in in-services and fire drills.
- Collaborate with support services teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or a relevant diploma/degree in healthcare administration/long-term care or hospitality.
- Experience in a retirement setting is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is an asset.
