Executive Director of Seniors' Living Communities

Optima Living is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our innovative seniors' living communities in Alberta and BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring exceptional resident experiences, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement site-level strategies to drive business growth and successions
- Conduct performance evaluations and promote team building and engagement
- Manage budgets and make informed decisions about financial resources
- Recognize and report health and safety hazards, and participate in in-services and fire drills
- Build and maintain relationships with support services teams and stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or a relevant diploma/degree in healthcare administration/long-term care or hospitality
- Experience in a retirement setting is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is an asset
