Learning and Development Specialist

Best Buy is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a bilingual (English and French) learning specialist, you will create engaging and effective training programs that support the growth and development of our employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning and a proven track record of designing and delivering training programs that meet business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand training needs and develop strategies to address them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs in both French and English
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop training strategies
  • Working with leadership and vendors to assess training needs and scope
  • Developing training content, including job aids, webinars, and eLearning
  • Ensuring all tracking and reporting of training events are completed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working as a learning specialist
  • Proficient in MS Office and Teams
  • Experience in facilitating/presenting training programs in a corporate setting
  • Experience in learning content creation and tools such as Articulate
