Director, Strategic Business Transformation

Bell Canada is seeking a highly skilled Director to lead strategic business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful business transformations and a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry.

The Director will be responsible for analyzing complex business challenges and developing comprehensive strategies to address them. This will involve working closely with senior leaders to identify and prioritize transformation opportunities across the organization.

The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform decision-making. They will also have strong leadership capabilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.

The Director will leverage methodologies like continuous improvement, BPM, and lean management to deliver measurable value and sustainable improvements. They will also collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and achieve the desired outcome.

Critical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 8-15 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar field with a proven track record of driving successful business transformations.
  • Demonstrated experience in process reengineering, change management, and strategic advisory.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Fortune 500 company or top consulting firm is highly desirable.
  • Certification in AGILE, BPM, or Continuous improvement (Black Belt) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in telecommunications industry is desirable.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support project and transformation initiatives.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Position Type: Management

Job Status: Regular - Full Time
