Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Test Specialist to join our team. As an Agile Test Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and testing our software products based on client requirements and model calibration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Implementation: Install, configure, and test our software products to ensure they meet client requirements and model calibration.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving software and installation errors.
  • Integration: Work with client IT departments to set up integrations between our software products and client systems.
  • Database Management: Develop, implement, and administer databases and data collections.
  • Process Improvement: Develop best practices and tools for technical leadership and improve our software implementation processes.

Requirements

  • Education: Undergraduate degree in a STEM field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years' experience in software implementation, MS SQL Server, or another RDBMS, scripting using Transact-SQL, and hands-on ability to code in Python, JAVA, C#, or related languages.
  • Skills: Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management, strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel: Must be able to travel in the US and Canada up to 10% of the time.
