About Total Credit Recovery:

We are a leading financial services company with a strong presence in Canada, employing over 550 professionals across four offices. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients and consumers, and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Collections Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective communication with consumers to resolve past due accounts in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Utilize online tools and problem-solving skills to locate consumers and negotiate repayment arrangements.
  • Document all interactions with consumers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve performance targets and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in collections or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
