Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Collections Representative to join our team. As a Senior Collections Representative, you will be responsible for making contact with consumers to arrange repayment of past due accounts, ensuring all communications meet our corporate, regulatory, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with consumers to negotiate repayment arrangements
- Utilize online tools and problem-solving skills to locate consumers and document the results of all calls
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve performance targets and objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of consumer issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve collection techniques
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of collections experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
