Senior Collection Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Third-Party Collection Officer to join our team at SinglePoint Group International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for accurately processing information and effectively negotiating and arranging payment terms with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service and ensure outstanding results in the collection of financial loans
  • Conduct thorough collections calls for all past due accounts, utilizing defined procedures to arrange and coordinate firm payment arrangements within established risk policy
  • Assess and mitigate risk by referring accounts for further action, while maintaining and submitting reports for review by collection management
  • Apply tact, diplomacy, and resourcefulness to handle objections and excuses, and effectively manage and control situations
  • Perform to regulatory standards and best practice on collections, achieving individual collection targets to meet Department and Company goals

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of prior experience in a Third Party Collection Agency
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for consistent collection calls
  • Good math skills with the ability to perform basic calculations quickly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong computer operating skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to learn and further your career
