Job Summary

Aero Delivery Ltd. is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods and materials to meet customer requirements.
  • Schedule Distribution: Organize the delivery of goods and materials to ensure timely arrival at their destination.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and manage bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents to facilitate the movement of goods.
  • Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct quality checks on incoming goods to ensure they match customer orders.
  • Maintain Record-Keeping: Manage internal records to track the movement of goods and materials.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
