About the Role

Aero Delivery Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Research and select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods for our goods.
  • Schedule Distribution of Goods: Coordinate with our suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Schedule Transportation Conveyances: Arrange for the transportation of goods to and from our facilities.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and manage all necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading and invoices.
  • Inspect and Verify Incoming Goods: Conduct quality control checks on incoming goods to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Maintain Internal Record-Keeping System: Manage and maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery status.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
