About the Role

Aero Delivery Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from our warehouse to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Research and select the most cost-effective and efficient method of transportation for our goods.
  • Schedule Distribution: Plan and coordinate the delivery of goods to our customers, taking into account factors such as time, cost, and logistics.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and manage all necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct regular inspections of incoming goods to ensure they match our orders and are in good condition.
  • Maintain Record-Keeping: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments, including tracking information and delivery status.
Work Environment

As a Logistics Coordinator with Aero Delivery Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
