Restaurant Operations Manager

Pioneer Food Services Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our food service team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Lead and instruct staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job duties and responsibilities.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights into sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure financial sustainability and growth.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring timely and cost-effective ordering.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- Supervise a team of 16-20 staff members in various areas of responsibility.
- Lead a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
