As a key member of our Community Giving department, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to inspire and motivate gifts that fund medical equipment and patient amenities, innovative research initiatives, and the education and training of healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a safe and inclusive environment for all.
- Assist in coordinating community giving programs and events to engage donors and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the creation of compelling fundraising materials and donor recognition activities.
- Provide administrative support to the Community Giving team, including data entry and reporting.
- 1+ year of experience in fundraising, administrative support, or coordination.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
- Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, CANVA, and data entry into and reporting from database systems.
- A competitive hiring range of $42,500 to $47,500, commensurate with experience.
- An annual performance-based incentive program.
- Participation in a Defined Benefit Pension Plan (HOOPP).
- Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and travel benefits.
