About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at All Indian Grocery Store/Takeout Limited. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
