Job Title: Cook - Ethnic Foods Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at All Indian Grocery Store/Takeout Limited. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Work Setting:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial. You will work under pressure to maintain high-quality food standards and ensure a clean kitchen and work area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the capacity to perform repetitive tasks under pressure.
