About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Pazzo Pizzeria and Cafe Bouffon. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and implement procedures to maintain these standards.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff as needed to ensure that the kitchen is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
