Job Title: Food Services Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Operations Manager to join our team at Krawchuk Enterprises Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food services department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the smooth running of our food services department.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job requirements.
- Financial Management: Manage the department's budget, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food services department.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food services management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $100,001 - $500,000 per year.
