Food Service Operations Manager

Krawchuk Enterprises Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service operations, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine Service Offerings: Develop and implement operational procedures to determine the type of services to be offered to our customers.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial management.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the performance of our team members and provide feedback for improvement.
- Cost Control: Analyze and control costs associated with food and other supplies to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our facilities and operations comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we are getting the best possible prices.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our services and attract new customers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in accounting software, electronic cash registers, and other relevant computer systems.
- Transportation: Public transportation is available.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Accurate: Ability to accurately manage financial records and reports.
- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service.
- Dependability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and suppliers.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
