Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Conkeira Holdings Ltd. o/a Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service operations.
- Supervision: 16-20 people.
- Security and Safety: Bondable and reference required.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to multitask.
