Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Richibucto Food Services inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Leadership and Training: Lead and instruct team members to develop their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
