Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Richibucto Food Services inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and instruct team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
