We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our national marketing strategies for practices and sectors. This dynamic role requires developing demand generation and implementing marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement national marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
- Manage marketing budgets and resources to optimize ROI
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a professional services firm
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics, including demand generation and lead nurturing
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
