We are seeking a highly skilled Office Supervisor to join our team at 2483848 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Ensure that all office equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly.
- Identify and resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate and review work assignments to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Procure and manage office supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills.
- Health care plan.
