We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at 2483848 Ontario Limited. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise office staff in duties and policies
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and systems
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to staff
- Coordinate and review work assignments
- Requisition and order office supplies and materials
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Coordinate activities with other departments and teams
- Provide ongoing support to clients after sale
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an office supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
