Job Summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Moncton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our commercial clients, ensuring their facilities are clean, safe, and healthy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial janitorial cleaning services to a variety of clients, including construction sites, industrial facilities, and office buildings.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks, including pressure washing, graffiti removal, and biohazard cleaning.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including scissor lifts, ride-on scrubbers, and backpack vacuums.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning plans to meet client needs and ensure high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, WHMIS, and legislative mandates.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial cleaning, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality results.
  • Valid driver's license and a clear driving abstract.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and work in a fast-paced environment.
