Job Title: Specialty Cleaning Technician

ServiceMaster Clean of Moncton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Specialty Cleaning Technician. This role requires a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional cleaning and maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager with daily Commercial & Janitorial Cleaning operations
  • Assist with scheduling and hiring staff as needed
  • Maintain documentation and records
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections on equipment
  • Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment and machinery
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a variety of environments, including construction sites, commercial buildings, and residential areas. The successful candidate must be able to work at heights, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and operate heavy machinery.

Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Physical ability to wear PPE and operate heavy machinery
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
