Job Title: Specialty Cleaning Technician

ServiceMaster Clean of Moncton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality cleaning services to commercial and industrial clients, including construction sites, post-construction cleaning, and hazardous cleaning.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks and projects.
  • Supervise and train staff as needed to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of cleaning services provided.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement work-safe programs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High degree of professionalism and ability to interact with clients and staff at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to wear full-body PPE and work in high-pressure situations.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving abstract.
Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, humidity, and noise levels. You will be required to wear full-body PPE and work at heights using scissor lifts and ladders.
