Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The UPS Store #392. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of 1 to 2 staff members, including cashiers and staff in various areas of responsibility.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests and complaints.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and maintain accurate records.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
