Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The UPS Store #392. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Oversee the management of store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field an asset.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading a team and driving sales growth.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
