Job Title: Forecaster

We are seeking a highly skilled Forecaster to join our team at Eurofase Lighting. As a Forecaster, you will be responsible for providing accurate sales forecasts and analyzing POS data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales forecasting and POS data to provide replenishment guidance for all products within the Home Improvement Channel.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict demand and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust forecasts as needed.
  • Track key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in forecasting for big box retailers and POS analysis.
  • Full proficiency in Excel, pivot tables, and retailer database portals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • College degree preferred.
