Job Title: Ramp Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ramp Coordinator to join our team at Executive Aviation. As a key member of our Below the Wing team, you will be responsible for providing ground service support to our airline partners and ensuring the smooth operation of our airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage ramp organization, including manpower assignment, shift briefings, and auxiliary equipment inventory management
  • Support airline operations through the safe movement of baggage and ground equipment
  • Complete proper training and maintain competency on all required equipment and airline processes
  • Work shifts as required and dictated by the airline flight schedules
  • Oversee safety and incident response, including audits and SMS training
  • Manage attendance and attendance-related documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for airlines, airport, and EA leads
  • Support winter operations, including deice log oversight
  • Provide lead training support, including shadow shifts and load planning
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' aviation ground handling experience
  • Minimum 1 year management experience
  • All training and Read and Signs must be current and up to date
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Must be able to hold a valid RAIC or Security clearances for airside access
  • Must have on-call availability
