Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Housekeeping Staff
You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Inspect and Maintain Housekeeping StandardsYou will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
Manage Housekeeping OperationsYou will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping department, including scheduling, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure Guest SatisfactionYou will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction, including responding to guest complaints and concerns.
Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
1-2 Years of ExperienceYou must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality-related role.
Attention to DetailYou must have excellent attention to detail and be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
Client FocusYou must have a client-focused approach and be able to provide excellent customer service.
FlexibilityYou must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
