Job Description

Job Summary:

Executive Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ramp Coordinator to join our team in Kelowna. As a key member of our Below the Wing team, you will be responsible for providing ground service support to our airline partners and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of baggage and ground equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage ramp operations, including setting up, manning, and briefing teams, as well as inventory management of auxiliary equipment.
  • Support airline operations by ensuring the safe movement of baggage and ground equipment.
  • Complete training and maintain competency on all required equipment and airline processes.
  • Work flexible shifts as required by airline flight schedules.
  • Oversee safety and incident response, including audits and SMS training.
  • Manage attendance and communicate with airlines, airport, and EA leads.
  • Support winter operations, including deice log oversight.
  • Lead training and development of team members, including shadow shifts and load planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation ground handling.
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience.
  • Current and up-to-date training and certifications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to hold a valid RAIC or Security clearance for airside access.
  • On-call availability.
