Digital Learning Solutions Specialist

Are you a motivated and creative Instructional Designer looking for a new challenge? Honda Canada Finance Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to design and develop innovative training solutions for our Automotive Sales, Service, and Technical Training teams.
Job OverviewWe are a dynamic company with a strong focus on digital-first learning experiences. Our ideal candidate will work closely with Subject Matter Experts and teams across Honda Canada brands (Honda, Acura, and Power Sports/Power Equipment) to create engaging and effective learning content that meets specific business needs.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of specialized training solutions supporting the transition to electrified vehicles. With a passion for learning and educational technologies, you will be part of a team driving change and innovation in the industry.
About the Role- Design, develop, and implement mobile app content, videos, virtual learning, e-Learning, job aids, and classroom training materials.
- Lead project management and training activities with vendor partners.
- Maintain existing training courses and materials.
- Facilitate and lead Pilot training and Train-the-Trainer sessions for various programs.
- College diploma or University degree preferably with Adult Learning & Education or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience designing and managing the development of web-based, video-based, or virtual learning.
- Knowledge and application of adult learning theory, training needs analysis, instructional design, information design, training methodologies, learning technologies, and measurement strategies.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet project quality expectations within schedule commitments.
- Experience in technical writing, graphic design, or eLearning development is considered an asset.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
