About the RoleThis leadership position plays a pivotal role in shaping Rosedale's teaching and learning practices across our network of partner schools. Reporting directly to our CEO, you will collaborate with senior leaders on key initiatives, including:
- Rosedale Course Development and Continuing Improvement: Ensure high standards in new course development, upgrade existing courses, and implement formative assessments to accelerate competency development and enhance student academic achievement.
- Teaching and Learning Practices Across Partner School Network: Develop structured practices to guide instructional excellence, provide guidance on effective teaching strategies, and enhance learning outcomes across the network.
- Sector-Level Educational Leadership Development: Advocate Rosedale's Global Education Leadership and international curriculum solutions through conferences, speeches, and stakeholder engagement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of academic leadership experience at the K-12 level
- In-depth knowledge of curriculum development and content effectiveness assessment
- Experience leading large-scale assessments and item development
- Strong skills in cross-region and cross-team collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- University degree and ability to work independently in a fast-paced corporate environment

A hybrid work location policy allows for flexibility, with a requirement to commute to our HQ office in Markham at least two days a week.
