We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our team at ProViso Staffing. This is a contract role with a duration of 6 months.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult education, and educational technology. They will be responsible for designing high-quality, multi-approach blended learning solutions that support business strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Apply adult learning principles and industry best practices to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Leverage technology to create interactive and immersive learning experiences
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
  • Experience in instructional design and development
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Storyline360 and RISE360
  • Previous experience developing presentation and communication materials for senior management
