About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at STAN AI. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for driving long-term growth and retention of our enterprise property management firm clients.

About the Job

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and employing solutions-based selling strategies to drive growth and retention. You will manage a growing portfolio of mid-market to enterprise accounts, identify and drive growth opportunities, and expand the use of our AI suite across full client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a growing portfolio of mid-market to enterprise accounts
  • Build lasting relationships and act as a trusted AI solutions advisor for clients
  • Serve as the central point of contact, addressing customers' needs and resolving issues efficiently
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities within your assigned accounts
  • Expand the use of STAN's AI suite across full client portfolios
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present new features to clients
  • Set and track account targets in alignment with company and Customer Success objectives
  • Mitigate churn by proactively managing client expectations and solving challenges strategically
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management, ideally within a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-level accounts and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Proficient with CRM software, project management tools, and customer success platforms
  • Strong data analysis skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and address customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Business acumen with a focus on growing accounts and minimizing churn

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 + OTE based on experience. This is a full-time, in-office position at our headquarters, located at 111 Gordon Baker Rd, North York. We believe in fostering collaboration and innovation through an in-person work environment.
