Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Millwright Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to achieve high plant reliability
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to optimize equipment performance
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members
Requirements:
  • Valid Industrial Mechanic / Millwright trade certificate for the province of Ontario (433A) or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of industrial experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical background with experience in maintenance of production lines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and work as part of a team
