Patient Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Previce Home Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with Daily Living Activities: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
- Provide Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
- Assist with Mobility and Transfers: Assist clients with mobility and transfers, including walking, standing, and using wheelchairs or stretchers.
- Prepare Meals and Snacks: Prepare and serve meals and snacks to clients, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including their living spaces and personal belongings.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Certifications: First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Nursing Aide Certificate, and Health Care Aide Certificate.
As a Healthcare Support Specialist with Previce Home Care, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to address the unique needs of each client.
