Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient diagnostics and provide personalized recommendations for hearing aid solutions
  • Fit and adjust hearing aids to ensure optimal performance and patient satisfaction
  • Provide education and counseling to patients on hearing loss and hearing aid technology
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and colleagues to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide expert advice to patients

Requirements

  • Registered Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) in the Province of Saskatchewan
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven sales and customer service experience
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and customer service
