Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient diagnostics and provide personalized recommendations for hearing aid solutions
- Conduct hearing aid fittings and provide follow-up care to ensure optimal results
- Sell hearing aids by educating patients on their hearing loss and the technology available to help them regain the gift of sound
- Execute lead generation and business development initiatives to drive sales growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure repeat and referral business
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and pricing programs
Requirements
- New graduates welcome
- Proven background in sales and customer service
- Superior commitment to excellence in patient care and customer service
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making and judgment skills
- Commitment to integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and internal staff
- Registered Hearing Instrument Specialist (or ability to become registered) in the Province of Saskatchewan
