Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Specialist to join our team at Ontario INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to maximize productivity
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing administrative tasks and projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Benefits:
  • $65,000 - $85,000 per year
  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent position
