Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Coty. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and developing strategies to optimize our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve in-stock percentages and customer fill rates
  • Identify and mitigate inventory risk through effective forecasting and planning
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal inventory and order management
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to generate effective pre-promotion forecasting and planning
  • Participate in task forces and core team assignments to achieve company goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and distribution
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Access
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
