About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Coty's team as a Supply Chain Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory management and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve in-stock percentages and customer fill rates.
  • Identify and mitigate inventory risk, ensuring seamless execution of end-of-season logic and returns reduction.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to generate effective pre-promotion forecasting and planning, and post-promotion analysis to measure promotion effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Demand & Supply Planning, Customer Service, and Transport Carrier, to ensure optimal inventory and order management.
  • Assist the Customer Supply Chain Manager in identifying opportunities to further develop data management processes, such as standard weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and business reviews.
  • Participate in task forces and core team assignments to achieve company business goals, major projects, and financial objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Good understanding of supply chain, logistics, and distribution gained through 1-3 years of experience
  • Strong technical analysis skills, with ability to set up processes and develop business strategies for ongoing supply chain management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to influence internal and external partners
  • Detail-oriented, with ability to work well under pressure and adhere to timelines
  • Excellent analytical skills, with proven ability to derive meaningful information from large data sets using technical tools (Excel, PowerBI, Alteryx, Access)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to deliver an impactful message cross-functionally
  • Flexibility to travel as required (occasionally)
