About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join our Financial Reporting & Insights team in Kenora, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare financial statements for Notice to Reader and Review engagement
  2. Prepare working files for income tax and information returns for a variety of client sizes
  3. Prepare corporate and/or personal tax returns including information returns
  4. Build positive working relationships with clients and effectively respond to requests and suggestions
  5. Completion of ongoing accounting analysis and assignments following established procedures
  6. Effectively communicate with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis.

Requirements
  1. You have completed your undergraduate degree or diploma in accounting and the necessary pre-requisites

  3. You have proven leadership skills and can take initiative to seek understanding
  4. You display strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
